   LYNC, formerly CBYA, strives to be an axiom by which youth can find hope in hopeless situations and build their lives to become productive, self-sufficient citizens. Through the various programs offered by LYNC, the organization provides alternative options to risky, dangerous behavior in which youth may engage.

 

 

   With the continually growth and the ever increasing need, LYNC has comprised a comprehensive plan to keep up with the growth. Since organizing in 2004 as a basketball team, the organization continues to grow, stretch, and work beyond its present capabilities to ensure the success of the youth in Cumberland and surrounding counties.

 

   LYNC began to take the necessary steps to become a nonprofit in 2010 and is working diligently to begin project building. These steps will enable the organization to broaden the scope of its programs and provide the capacity to handle the demand of youth related services.
