Luis Meletiche and Rico Polk make up the youth leadership of Impact Basketball. This group of young men are second to none, when it comes to their respective positions. Each one is the epitome of what a leader should be. They are recognized for their impeccable interpersonal skills, their abundance of team pride and their upstanding character. Impact does not just develop basketball players, it develops leaders.

Youth President

Charged with taking the Impact brand to new heights, newly chosen youth president Luis Meletiche will lead the charge in elevating the team, to line up with the LYNC Athletics staff's vision for Impact. His drive to excel in everything he does and genuine love of basketball and the team, will fuel his determination in making sure the job gets done.

Rico Polk,

Youth Vice President

Tried and tested, Rico Polk is not only one of the hardest working players on the Impact team, but perhaps the most well-rounded. His work ethic and determination, puts him well beyond his peers. Mr. Polk is a remarkable young man with the leadership skills and heart to make the Impact competition take notice.
