Ballers Basketball:

A Tradition of Excellence

Celebrating its 10 year anniversary in the summer of 2014, the Ballers and the LYNC organization (formerly CBYA) continue to carry on the tradition of promoting excellence.

The Ballers were a powerhouse in the Cumberland County Recreation circuit...before the organization decided to throw its hat into the travel basketball arena. The staff and coaches of the Ballers were responsible for seven teams. The teams included the Ballers, Orangemen and Bulls; and consisted of youth between the ages of 11 and 17.  Ballers Staff maintained all seven teams, which had a total of 71 kids.

Since 2004, the Ballers coaches have had the pleasure of investing their time in 280+ youth. Many of the players played for multiple years, some as many as five years.  One of the most rewarding times for the staff came during the annual awards banquet. Each year the staff went above and beyond the call of duty, to honor the players of the teams. Attendance consistently reached above 250 quests.

Congratulations to the staff, all 35 coaches and 280+ players for a job well done!
